The 2024 Aquaculture Taiwan Expo & Forum Relocates from Taipei to Tainan, highlighting the burgeoning aquaculture industry in Southern Taiwan.

In response to longstanding suggestions from exhibitors and industry stakeholders, the Aquaculture Taiwan Expo, traditionally held in Taipei, has decided to move to Tainan this year. Organized by Informa Markets Taiwan, the Expo adopts the theme of "Future Aquaculture" and is scheduled to take place from June 19th to 21st, 2024, at the Tainan Exhibition Center, concurrently featuring Livestock Taiwan and Asia Agri- Tech Expo and Forum.

Southern Taiwan serves as a vital production base for agriculture, aquaculture, and livestock, contributing approximately two-thirds of Taiwan's total output in these sectors. Over the years, agricultural, livestock and aquaculture industry stakeholders have advocated for the expo to be moved southward to facilitate broader participation. Coinciding with Tainan's 400th anniversary celebration and with the enthusiastic support of the Tainan City Government, the organizer has selected the Tainan Exhibition Center as the venue for this 2024 event. Ms. Sabine Liu, General Manager of Informa Markets Asia in Taiwan, stated, "The 8th Aquaculture Taiwan will feature many new theme pavilions with additional supporting from industry and government partners. We believe that this year's expo will be an exciting and more enriching industry event, injecting fresh momentum into Taiwan's agriculture, aquaculture, and livestock industries, adding more highlights, and making further contributions to the transformation and upgrading of these industries."
