NORWAY :It is probable that a dietary supplement based on the findings that residual products from shrimp shells have blood pressure lowering effect will be launched on the US market this year.
This supplement, called Systolite, was created thanks to the research carried out by scientists from Nofima and the University of Tromsø, and it is expected that it should be ready for the European market in the course of 2018.

EL SALVADOR: Calvo Group has invested USD 10 million in the purchase of two ships, contributing for its tuna fleet to now have a total of six vessels operating in international waters.
The two new ships, Montecelo and Montefrisa, have already been fishing under Salvadoran flag in the Atlantic Ocean.
